Even though I gave up hope of ever getting Christmas cards out the door a few years back (and yet still have shameful boxes of them stored - ugh!) - I still do love handwritten notes. I try to content myself with little ones for occasions or just here and there instead of Christmas - which I just had to accept that I'm terrible at! ;) You’re right! And, Yes...i think it is sad, too, that handwritten letters are becoming archaic. my mother-in-law has been writing to her pen pal in England for 50 years and they have never met in person.
