Knit blogger meet ups and marathon knitting

Posted on | July 9, 2007 | 7 Comments

Several Fridays ago, I finally went to one of the weekly Spider meetups at the Point Cafe.
This is the result of a solid weekend of knitting. My hands are quite sore, but one design is almost finished.

The meetup looks like fun! I was in NY a couple of weeks ago (only for a night) and wanted to check out the Point but didn’t get a chance.

Now that is what I call SPEED KNITTING—you really MUST purchase those CRAFT GLOVES–I totally killed my hand on the last two projects I did and it’s not fun. With all of the knitting you still have to do – PLEASE take care of your hands…Get a size that is tight for support, and If you own Welcome to The KNit Cafe book they have some good exercises to do….
